This policy explains how SIA Bold Mails ("Bold Mails", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit boldmails.com or book a call with us. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Booking details. When you book a call, we receive the information you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address, company and any notes you add.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep the messages and your contact details.
• Technical data. Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it (steps you requested before entering a contract).
• To reply to your messages and, if you become a client, to deliver our services (performance of a contract).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Cal.com — our booking calendar. The booking widget on this site is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies needed for it to work.
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosts this website on servers in the EU.
• Our email and calendar providers — to send booking confirmations and hold calls.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Client data is kept for the duration of our contract and as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email raivis@boldmails.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
